The 15th Resistance International Film Festival has set to hold Resistance Film Week in Lebanon.

According to a media report a common understanding has been signed between Iran and Lebanon. The film week will be held on December 3-6 in Lebanese capital city of Beirut.

The Iranian films that are scheduled to screen during the film week are 'Underwater Cypress' by Mohammad-Ali Bashe-Ahangar, Mohammad-Hossein Mahdavian's 'Midday Event', 'Emperor of Hell' directed by Parviz Sheikh-Tadi and 'The Lost Strait' by Bahram Tavakkoli.

The 15th edition of the event will be held in Vahdat Hall in Tehran and is to come to an end in Milad Tower in November 30, 2018.

The RIFF is dedicated to productions on wars and the repercussions of armed conflicts in the world.

It also puts a spotlight on the resistance of the Palestinian people against the Zionist regime, Daesh and their terrorist attacks in the region, and the world’s tyrants and their backing of Daesh.

The RIFF is being organized every year by the Revayat Cultural Foundation and the Film Association of the Islamic Revolution and the Sacred Defense in collaboration with other cultural organizations.
